Annelyse received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Cornerstone University.
Annelyse has experience supporting teens and adults through a variety of life challenges, including major life transitions, relationship struggles, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She believes therapy is a collaborative journey where clients and therapists work together to explore thoughts, identify patterns, and discover new pathways toward personal growth and healing.
Using a person-centered approach, Annelyse integrates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-focused strategies, mindfulness, and interpersonal processing. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences while building on their own unique strengths.
Becky earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and has served in a variety of mental health settings throughout her career. Her professional experience includes direct case management, crisis evaluations, and working in a psychiatric hospital, giving her a broad understanding of the unique needs individuals face during difficult seasons of life.
Becky enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their personal goals.

Brittany has built a strong educational foundation, earning degrees from Grand Rapids Community College, Grand Valley State University, the University of Phoenix, and Western Michigan University, where she completed her graduate studies in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling.
In addition to her counseling experience, Brittany has served as an adjunct psychology professor and has worked within elementary schools, giving her valuable insight into the unique needs of children, adolescents, and families.
Her therapeutic approach is personalized to each client's unique needs and incorporates a variety of evidence-based techniques, including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy.
Brittany believes that growth happens through connection, understanding, and practical tools that empower people to move forward with confidence and hope.
With more than 26 years of experience, Cyndi brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to our community. She is a fully licensed Master's-level Social Worker in the State of Michigan and has dedicated her career to serving children, adolescents, adults, families, and schools.
Cyndi's areas of expertise include: Anxiety & Depression, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, ADHD (currently completing specialized certification), Restorative Practices, Critical Incident Debriefing, and Challenging Behaviors & Life Stressors
Throughout her career, Cyndi has served in a variety of impactful roles, including foster care social worker, school social worker, middle school assistant principal, Autism Consultant, and Special Education Administrator. She retired in June 2026 after more than a decade serving as a Special Education Administrator with the Ionia Intermediate School District.
In addition to her clinical experience, Cyndi has trained educators and professionals at the local, county, and state levels on trauma-informed practices, toxic stress, and responding to critical incidents, helping schools and communities navigate some of their most difficult moments.
Kim is a Licensed Masters Social Worker and she earned her Master's Degree in Social Work at Indiana University. Kim's years in the social work field include a diverse population including a psychiatric hospital, child protective services, a correctional facility, community mental health, and teaching college.
She holds certifications in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems), ADS (acupuncture detox specialist), and has specialized in trauma and substance abuse using various modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and many other tools for her clients to succeed in achieving their therapeutic goals.
For the past eight years Kim has been a Clinical Supervisor as well providing supervision for limited licensed social workers, and she provides field instructor services for social work students during their time in their master's program.
Lisa is a Clinical Social Worker who provides a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can share their stories, process life's challenges, and discover hope for the future. She believes that every person's journey is unique and works alongside clients using a collaborative, strengths-based approach tailored to their individual needs.
Lisa specializes in helping individuals experiencing: Anxiety & Depression, Grief & Loss, Relationship Challenges, Life Transitions, Chronic Illness, Body Image Concerns, and Maternal Mental Health
Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, Lisa partners with each client to build on their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth.
Matt is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients of all ages feel heard, respected, and empowered. He believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
Matt has experience working with: Children who have experienced abuse and neglect, Individuals on the autism spectrum, Adults with developmental disabilities, and Children, teens, and adults facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges
His collaborative approach helps clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and gain insight as they navigate life's challenges.
Outside the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and caring for the many animals on their small family farm.
With more than 20 years of experience, Pam has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, and families through life's challenges. She has served clients in schools, home-based counseling programs, at-risk adolescent group homes, and private practice, giving her a broad understanding of the unique needs families face.
Pam enjoys working with children, teens, and families experiencing: Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, Divorce & Family Transitions, Adjustment Challenges, and Behavioral/Emotional Concerns.
Pam has also completed specialized training through the Trauma and Loss for Children Institute, equipping her to help young people and families navigate difficult experiences with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
Her goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment where children, teens, and families can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward lasting healing.
