How We Help
We help families with newborns, toddlers and school aged kids through grade 5 have happier, healthier, more successful lives!
How do we do it? Most of the ways we help Moms, Dads, grandparents, kids and other care givers are listed right below. If you don't see what you need, contact us and we'll do our best to help or find someone who can.
Free child care is provided, unless stated otherwise. Check our Calendar for exact times and locations.
STAR Parenting
Understand your child’s development, have appropriate expectations, practice positive parenting, and use age-appropriate positive discipline techniques. S.T.A.R. helps parents and other care givers to S-stop, T-think, A-ask, and R-respond.
Parent/Child
Playgroup
Play with your child (children) during a fun-filled, planned event. This is a great opportunity for children and parents to make new friends. Grandparents and other care givers are welcome, too!
English as a Second
Language (ESL)
Learn to read, write and speak English in this self-paced class. Thanks to our partners at the Literacy Council of Brown County for their collaboration.
Citizenship Class
Find out what's required to become a citizen, prepare to take the written and spoken test and get help completing and filing the Citizenship application.
Family Dinner Night
Each month families gather for fun, fellowship and good food with family activities and seasonal themes.
Check-out a wide range of books and toys that you can use at home to enhance your child’s learning. We have parenting books, too!
